Sun Cellular prepaid roaming service is only available in U.S.A., China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, and Macau as of today. To register, simply text "ROAM ON" to 222.

To deactivate, simply text "ROAM OFF" to 222.
There was a signal when I went to Malaysia last August 2013. I was able
to send sms / text message to Philippines. As of now, I'm in the United
States and there is a signal. I could call or miss call my relatives in
the Philippines because I have 298.50 current balance. However, I
couldn't send any text to Philippines even though I have enough balance
and my message center number is correct. It's always failure. I'm trying
to send a feedback at this website:
http://suncellular.com.ph/support/feedback, but it's not posting any
confirmation message once I submitted the form.
